SCG PSC Frameworks
Since 2012 the Southern Coastal Group (SCG) has provided multiple iterations of procurement Frameworks for Works and Services to help provide efficient access to suppliers for coastal projects and engineering works.
Whilst the most recent iteration of the Coastal, Flood & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework expired in March 2026, the Coastal Engineering Minor Works Framework remains live until 30 November 2026.
The PSC Frameworks are managed by Coastal Partners and hosted by Portsmouth City Council.
Coastal, Flood & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework
This Framework expired 14 March 2026. It provided access to a wide range of professional services for coastal, flood and infrastructure projects across England, and is due to be replaced late 2026.
Coastal Engineering Minor Works Framework
This Framework provides access to a total of six suppliers across two Lots, providing for a wide range of minor coastal engineering works.
Set-up by the SCG for its members, it can also be accessed by Contracting Authorities with Southern Regional Flood and Coastal Communities (RFCC) or Wessex RFCC membership, subject to an administrative access fee.
