The flood and coastal erosion risk management (FCERM) research team at the Environment Agency are hosting a webinar to share our findings exploring the theme ‘why people do/n’t act to improve flood resilience’.

This webinar is open to any FCERM practitioners (including risk management authorities) interested in understanding more about action and flood resilience, and the work of the FCERM research team.
This webinar will present:
- the context, findings and overview of our project applying behavioural insights to property flood resilience (Jacqui Cotton)
- a summary of related projects which have built on this work (including supporting flood resilience) (Juliet de Little)
- an overview of how research findings have been used or developed in property flood resilience (PFR) (Richard Taylor)
There will be time for a Q&A, and we also hope to hear from attendees about how this research might be useful for your work and what gaps may remain.
